The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to

withdraw the case in HMOP No.226 of 2022 from the file of the III

Additional Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the

Family Court at Chengalpattu.

2. The marriage between the petitioner-wife and the respondent-

husband was solemnised on 23.01.2013 as per Hindu Rites and Customs.

One male baby was born out of the wedlock between the petitioner and the
