Heard Mr.Naveen Kumar Murthi, learned counsel appearing for

Mr.P.Pandiyaraj, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr.P.Muthukumar,

learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 and

Mr.Richardson Wilson, learned counsel appearing for Mr.K.Chandru,

learned counsel for respondent 5.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the

appellant is already removed as Vice President under notification

dated 01.11.2023. In view of that, the appellant will have to assail

his removal.

3. As the appellant is already removed as Vice President and

that he will have to challenge his removal, we are not entering into

the merits of the appeal. In that event, all contentions of the

respective parties are kept open.

4. The writ appeal, accordingly, stands disposed of. There will

be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.25213 and 25218

of 2023 are closed.
