swindling the public money by using their official power by considering the

petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2021.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed as Public Interest Litigation to take

action against the forest officials alleging that during the Gaja Cyclone

forest produce were sold and the money has been swindled. This Court is of

the view that such type of general allegation cannot be entertained under the

Public Interest Litigation.

2. On perusal of the Writ Petition we see that there is no materials to

substantiate the allegation. We find no merits in this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
