JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

We have heard Mr.Adaikappan @ Sithirai Anandam, learned

counsel for the appellant and M/s.Daniel Mary, learned counsel for the

respondents.

2. It is submitted that the decision was taken by the respondents

to consider the application of the appellant for transfer of agriculture

electricity service connection applied in the name of the deceased

father. The same was applied in the year 1988. Subsequently, the

father of the appellant died. Thereafter, the appellant applied on

16.09.2015.

3. The seniority of the application of the appellant shall be

considered as on 16.09.2015 and processed accordingly by the

respondents.

4. The order of the learned Single Judge is modified in the above

terms.

The writ appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no

order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is
