Common Prayer : Company Petitions filed under Section 463 (1) &
(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, seeking to (a) declare that the
disqualification of the petitioners and the consequential blocking of the
Digital Signature Certificate of the petitioners by the respondents is
illegal, null and void and consequently direct 1st respondent to remove
their disqualification to serve on the Boards of the Companies and
more fully described in Schedule A to the petitions; (b) issue a
direction to 1st and 2nd respondents to activate their Director
Identification Numbers (01007525), (03635177), (03077795) and
(02221838) respectively, to enable them to use their Director
Identification Number.

COMMON ORDER
These petitions have been filed challenging the disqualification
under Section 463 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. The period of disqualification has already got over. In view of
the same, the learned counsels appearing for the respective petitioners
in these Company Petitions, would submit that the Company Petitions
have now become infructuous. The said statement is recorded.
3. Accordingly, these Company Petitions are dismissed as
infructuous. Connected applications are closed.
