ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in

Cr. No.5 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police for

the offences under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would

submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have

not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He also

submitted that the second respondent lodged so many complaint,

in which, the impugned FIR has been registered in Cr. No.5 of
