This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of

Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct

the 1st Respondent to consider and pass orders, on the

representation of the Petitioner, dated 02.10.2018 for

regularization of the Petitioner's service rendered in the Tamil

Nadu Electricity Board as considered co-contract labour.
