PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records

in connection with the order of detention passed by the second

respondent dated 05.03.2018 in Memo No.127/BCDFGISSSV/2018

against the petitioner's husband Thiru.Sebastin @ Seba who is

confined at Central Prison, Puzhal and set aside the same and

direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely

Thriu.Sebastian @ Seba, aged about 36 years before this Court

and set the detenu at liberty.
