Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to
call for the records pertaining to the orders passed by the 2nd
respondent in F.No.S2/15/2009-CHA dated 31.10.2013 and quash the
same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the
petitioner to continue working in any section of the Customs
Commissionerate and Customs Stations under the jurisdiction of
Chennai Customs Zone.
