The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.MP(MD)No.12577 of 2024 has been filed praying to grant an order by exempting the Petitioner from surrendering before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Criminal Appeal No.258 of 2023 dated 24.09.2024, confirming the conviction and the sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru in C.C.No.2 of 2021 dated 12.09.2023.
3. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition in Crl.MP(MD)No.1593 of
2025 has been filed praying to grant an order by exempting the Petitioner from surrendering before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Criminal Appeal No.257 of 2023 dated 24.09.2024, confirming the conviction and the sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru in C.C.No.1 of 2021 dated
