ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated
16.05.2025 and 21.05.2025.
2. Mr.B.Vijay, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents 3 & 4. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been in continuous possession and cultivation of about 4.19 acres of agricultural land in Devarajapalayam Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District since 2007 under lease arrangement from Kalaimagal Sabha. The petitioner was regularly paying his lease payments, which was also accepted by the respondents from 2012 to 2025.
