O R D E R
This Petition has been preferred to set aside the order dated 09.09.2024 passed in Crl.R.C.No.23 of 2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, wherein the order dated 21.09.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.530 of 2019 in M.C.No.06 of 2000 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram was modified.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the documents placed on record.
3. A perusal of the records indicates that the petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife and the impuguned order dated 09.09.2024 in Crl.R.C.No.23 of 2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri indicates that the order passed by the District Munsif-cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram in Crl.M.P.No.530 of 2019 in M.C.No.6 of 2000 dated 21.09.2023 was modified to the effect that the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month instead of Rs.3,500/- to the respondent, as maintenance (along with Rs.3,000/- ordered to be paid in O.S
