ORDER
Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue a patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of Natham Survey No. 285/ 42 to an extent of 1.42 cents situated at Kanavaipatti village, Bommasamuthiram Agraharam Panchayat, senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal district by considering the petitioners representation dated 06.10.2024.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner constructed a house and residing in Survey No.285/42 to an extent of 1.42 cents situated at Kanavaipatti Village, Bommasamuthiram Agraharam Panchayat and is in continous possession for 25 years. He has been paying property tax to the Government and got electricity connection for the aforesaid property. While so, he has given a representation
