O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents
1 to 4.
2. Issuance of notice to respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is a resident of Mathur Village. He alleges that in survey No.105, there are encroachments. The learned Government Advocate concedes that the petition-mentioned survey number has been classified as water body. The survey is proposed to be held on
13.09.2025.
4. We direct the third respondent to issue notice to the private respondents and also to all the interested persons before conducting survery. If the result of the survey indicates that there are encroachments, the same will be removed by adhering to due process of law. The encroachers will be given fair opportunity to put forth their cases. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
