These petitions have been filed by the plaintiffs to recall the PW1, and to receive the additional document and also to reopen the evidence of plaintiff for adducing the further evidence.
2. The applicant /plaintiff has submitted a group family photo taken during the birthday of his mother, deceased 1st defendant in T.O.S. No. 68 of 2024 uploaded in the Google photos on 04.08.2010, as he has not filed the group family photo taken at the time of filing of the Original Petition inadvertently.
3. The learned counsel for the defendant submitted that the relationship between the parties have not been denied. In such case, filing the group family photograph is not going to serve any purpose to decide the issue involved in the T.O.S. Even in the affidavit of the plaintiff, he has not stated the reason for producing the family photograph and now it would help him in any way for the claim made before the Court in the T.O.S. filed by him.
4. As this Court finds that these applications have been filed just to dilate the proceedings without any merits, these petitions are dismissed.
