JUDGEMENT

The plaintiff seeks for the following reliefs:

“ a) A permanent injunction restraining the Defendant by itself, its officers, agents, servants, or any other person claiming through them from in any manner infringing the Plaintiff's copyrights pertaining to the cinematograph films “Lelam”, “How Old are You”, and “Karinkunnam Sixes”, including but not limited to the sound recording, musical work and cinematograph film by broadcasting, copying, recording, displaying, uploading, streaming, downloading or exhibiting in any manner whatsoever;

b) A mandatory injunction directing the Defendant by itself, its officers, agents servants or any other person claiming through them to surrender the Plaintiff, all infringing materials pertaining to the copyright of the Plaintiff in the cinematograph films“Lelam”, “How Old are You”, and “Karinkunnam Sixes”, including but not limited to the sound recording, musical work and cinematograph film negatives and all other infringing materials;

c) Grant a preliminary decree directing the Defendant to render true and faithful account of the revenue earned by them through copying, recording, displaying, uploading, streaming, downloading or exhibiting
