These intra-court appeals are filed against the common order dated 23.06.2022 passed in W.P.(MD) Nos. 23474 and 23475 of 2018. Since the issues involved in these writ appeals are one and the same, they are taken up and heard together, and a common order is being passed.
2.The appellant in W.A.(MD) No.695 and 1117 of 2024 is a third party to the said writ proceedings and was not arrayed as a party to the writ petitions. She had purchased the subject property for consideration from one th G.D.Narendra-the 5 respondent in the said writ petitions in W.P.(MD) No. 23474 and 23475 of 2018. Therefore, she filed miscellaneous petitions in C.M.P.(MD) No.11550 of 2023 and C.M.P.(MD) No.4312 of 2024 seeking leave to sue
