O R D E R
The writ petition is filed for the relief set out herein below:
"directing the respondent to disburse the difference sum of interest paid towards the belated disbursement of petitioner's commuted value of pension with further interest at the rate of 6%
per annum from the said date of entitlement to till the date of actual payment within a time limit."
2. The brief facts which has culminated in the filing of this Writ Petition are set out below:
2.1. It is the case of the petitioner that he was working as Special Grade Driver in the Tamil Nadu State Corporation (Villupuram) Ltd, Vellore Region and retired from service on 31.07.2019. Though the petitioner retired on 31.07.2019, the retirement benefits of Gratuity, Earned leave salary and commuted value of pension had been sanctioned on 22.01.2021 with a delay of 540 days. The Petitioner had filed W.P.No.13686 of 2021 which was disposed of with a direction to the respondent to sanction the belated disbursement of gratuity and earned leave salary with interest, however, with regard to payment
