file of MACT, (3rd Addl. District Court) Poonamallee (in

CMP.No.2862/2018) till the disposal of the above appeal

C.M.A.No.1176/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing

the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon

hearing the arguments of MR.K.VARADA KAMARAJ, Advocate for the

petitioner and of M/S.K.J.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the respondents

the court made the following order:-

Heard.

2. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw 50% of the award

amount with accrued interest deposited in the MCOP.No.1199 of

2010 on the file of MACT, III Additional District Court,

Poonamallee.

3. List after four (4) weeks.
