Since the issue involved in these writ petitions relates to handling of the trailers in the Port Trust, these writ petitions are clubbed, heard together and taken up for final disposal by way of this common order.
2. The petitioner in WP.No.27313 of 2022 are responsible for handling the goods in the Chennai Port Trust. The petitioner/the members of the National Association of Container Freight Stations (NACFS) rely upon the service of the trailer owners/drivers for the to and fro movement of containers in and out of CFS.
