(Judgment of the Court was delivered by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) First, second and third plaintiffs in OS No.34/2014 on the file of the 4^th Additional District Court at Madurai are the appellants herein. OS No.34/2014 has been filed seeking a judgment and decree against the defendants for partition and separate possession of the suit schedule properties.

Along with the plaint, the plaintiffs have also given the description of the properties and they have also appended the genealogy table and more specifically, the plaintiffs have also given the list of documents as required under Order VII Rule 14 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
