ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from laying road on the petitioners land in S.No.3/1 to the extent of 29 cents of Punja land situates at Adasuvayal Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025.
2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
