ORDER
Challenging the order dated 04.07.2025 passed in I.A.No.3 of
2025 in O.S.No.58 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Ariyalur, the petitioner/first defendant has preferred the present revision petition.
2. For the sake of convenience, the parties will be referred to as per their rankings in the trial Court.
3. The suit is filed seeking damages to the tune of Rs.18,00,000/- from the defendants. The defendants have filed their written statement, necessary issues were framed and the case was posted on 19.03.2025 and 27.03.2025 for cross-examination of PW1. Since there was no representation on behalf of the defendants, the trial Court passed an ex parte order on 02.04.2025 and posted the case for judgment on 09.04.2025.
4. Aggrieved over the ex parte order dated 02.04.2025, the defendants have filed an application in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.58
