JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal had been filed against the judgment and decree dated 07.01.2013 in A.S.No.84 of 2011 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee, confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.06.2011 in O.S.No.250 of 2007 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee.

2. T he p laint averments in brief are as follows:

2.1. The Plaintiff owned the schedule mentioned house, ground and premises. The Plaintiff submitted that originally in or about the year 1958, one Mr.Narayanasamy Reddiar had acquired the suit site by occupation and put up structures for habitation purposes. He continued to possess and enjoy the suit property during his life time. After the life time of Narayanasamy Reddiar, his son Padmasekara Reddy and Narayanasamy Reddiar's wife Jayalakshmi Ammal were in possession and enjoyment till they had sold and delivered the same to one Mrs. Kasthuri under a sale deed dated 25.09.1972. The said Mrs.Kasthuri in turn had sold and delivered the suit property to the Plaintiff under a registered sale deed dated 19.09.1984. Thereafter, the Plaintiff continued to be in exclusive possession and enjoyment of the suit property without any let or hindr
