JUDGMENT
This Criminal Appeal challenges the judgment of the XI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge (CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions), Chennai – 600 001, dated 21.01.2014 in C.C.No.27 of 2005. In that case, four accused were tried in total. Accused Nos. 2 to 4 were acquitted of all charges. The first accused was also acquitted of the charges under Section 120B read with Section 4 20 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 (2) read with (1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 .
