PRAYER Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS and r/w Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with Crime Number 339 of 2025 and quash the first information report registered against the petitioner.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the Crime number 339 of 2025 and quash the first information report registered against the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the documents placed on record.
3. A perusal of the First Information Report clearly indicates that as if A.1 received the amount to get admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Accordingly, the defacto complainant paid the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- . However, later the defact complainant came to know that fake order has been issued, therefore, admission has been cancelled. That apart, the First Information Report also indicates that the amount has also been received by the present petitioner/A.3, except implicating the petitioner's name in the last paragraph, entire allegations are targeted against A.1.
In such view of the matter, let the investigation shall continue, however, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner and the present Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
