O R D E R
The petitioner seeks to recall and review the order of this Court dated
27.08.2015 made in Crl.O.P.No.6140 of 2014. Registry has entertained a doubt as to the maintainability of this petition and therefore, today, the matter is listed under the caption “for maintainability”.
2.The petitioner has originally filed a Criminal Original Petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6140 of 2014 praying for constitution of an SIT headed by a sitting/retired Judge of the Supreme Court to probe all the judgments of the fake Courts and the manner in which they were executed by the Registration and Police Departments and to ban the fake courts and other organisations which are running a parallel judiciary and parallel police force in Tamil Nadu.
3.This Court, by order dated 27.08.2015, dismissed the said Criminal Original Petition with the following observations :
