The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences punishable

under Section 9(f), 10 r/w 17 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.12 of 2022 on

the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that the

petitioners along with others accused persons requested him to bring her minor

grand daughter (victim) in order to perform communication and other services

in the church. While so, A-1 forwarded obscene message to the victim and A-2

who is the wife of A-1 intimidated the victim not to declare the same to anyone.

It is further alleged that the petitioners A3 and A5 was also abetted. Hence, the

complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the

petitioner is an innocent person and she has not been committed any such

offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this

case. He further submits that the petitioner was doing service in the church

committee and she has no knowledge about the alleged act done by A-1. Hence,
