The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the

Constitution of India to set aside the orders of the learned Principal

District Judge of Coimbatore, dated 31.01.2008 in CMA.No.131 of

1995 confirming the award passed by the Deputy Registrar of

Co-operative Societies, Coimbatore dated 20.01.1995 in

ARC.No.310/89-90 and to allow the above civil revision petition.
