Thiruvallur at Poonamalle (in CMP.7163/2016 in CMA.890/2016)

(iv) To pass an order of Interim Injunction restraining the

Defendants, their agents, subordinates and agents, Power of

Attornery agents, and acting under them from altering the physical

features of the plaint schedule property Item No.1 and Item No.2 in

subject matter in OS. No. 247 of 2015 on the file of III Additional

District Court, Thiruvallur at Poonamalle (in CMP.7164/2016 in

CMA.891/2016) pending disposal of this CMA.890 & 891/2016

respectively.
