Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent herein for his deliberate

disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.M.P.No.13869 of 2023

in W.P.No.14358 of 2023, dated 05.05.2023.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for

committing wilful disobedience of the order passed by this court dated

W.M.P.No.13869 of 2023 in W.P.No.14358 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023.

2. This Court, by order dated 05.05.2023 in WMP.No.13869 of 2023

in W.P.No.14358 of 2023, directed the 3rd and 4th respondents therein, to

de-freeze the account of the petitioner firm to allow the petitioner to carry

on its daily business for a period of four weeks from 05.05.2023. It appears

that the said order has not been complied with by the respondents.

Therefore, notices dated 29.05.2023 and 09.06.2023 were issued to the

respondents in writ petition for committing wilful contempt of this court's

order dated 05.05.2023.

3. The petitioner has sent notices to the respondents concerned only

on 29.05.2023 and 09.06.20203 and has thereafter rushed to this court by

filing the present contempt petition on 13.07.2023.

4.The contempt petition is closed for the present with liberty to the

petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition, in case, the respondent fails to

permit the petitioner to operate its account.
