Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in

O.S.No.1137 of 2022 and allow the I.A.No.1 of 2023.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the defendant in the suit.

2. The suit in C.S.No.789 of 2017 was filed by the respondent/plaintiff

before this Court for recovery of a sum of Rs.42,87,400/- along with interest

at the rate of 12% per annum on Rs.32,98,000/- from the date of plaint till

realisation. The suit was filed as a summary suit under Order VII Rule 1 of

High Court Original Side Rules and under Order XXXVII Rule 1 and 2 of the

Code of Civil Procedure. The suit was subsequently stood transferred to the
