Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated

therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be

pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 13.07.2012 passed in

WP(MD) No.1441 of 2007.

Prayer in WP(MD). 1441/ 2007 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, praying this Court to issuance of a writ of

Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the

1st respndnet in his proceeidngs Na.Ka.No. 7926 a1/06 dated

18/12/2006 quash the same and conseqsuently direct the respndent to

approve the appintment of the petitioenr and to pay the salary to

the petitioner with effect from the date of her appointment dated

03/08/2000.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and

upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.KANNAN, Additional Government

Pleader for the petitioners and of Mr.P.SARAVANAN KUMAR, Advocate

for the Respondent No.1 and of not appeared for respondent no.2 in

person or through by an Advocate, the court made the following

order:-

The learned counsel for the 1^st respondent / Teacher has

submitted that the 1^st respondent left the school concerned ie., from

the 2^nd respondent school on 14.07.2009 and joined in a Government

School on 15.07.2009. Since then she has been working there.

Insofar as her appointment in the 2^nd respondent school from 2000

till 2009 is concerned, approval has to be given.

2.In response to the said submission, the learned Additional

Government Pleader for the appellant has submitted that he would

convey the same to the appellant and revert back, for which, he

seeks two weeks time.

3.Post the matter after two weeks.
