Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for

issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records of the 2^nd

respondent in C.M.P.No.14/GOONDA/C2/2022 and quash the same and

produce the detenu, Rajkumar, son of Arjunan, aged about 27 years before

this Court and set him at liberty and the detenu is now confined in Central

Prison, Salem.
