2. This application has been filed under Order XIII-A of the

Commercial Courts Act for a summary Judgment decreeing reliefs (b), (c),

(d) & (e) as claimed in C.S.No.633 of 2015 and morefully detailed in

Annexure-I to the Judges Summons.

3. In this application, the applicants/plaintiffs seek for a summary

disposal of the suit in respect of the reliefs (a), (b) and (c). A summary

relief in respect of (b), (c), (d) is based on the documents that were filed

along with the plaint and the other documents, which have been referred in

the typed set of papers containing of 204 pages.

4. The above documents were allowed to be marked pursuant to order

dated 28.04.2022 in A.No.1516 of 2022. It is the submission of the

applicants/plaintiffs that the first respondent/first defendant was an
