The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent

police for the offence punishable under Sections 9(c), 9(f), r/w., 10,11(i),(ii),

(iv) and 12 of POCSO Act in Crime No.1 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner allegedly used

obscenities and misbehaved with school children. Hence the Law Enforcing

Agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner

has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the

petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail for the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that

statment u/s., 164 of Cr.P.C is not yet recorded and the investigation is at

intial stage. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the

petitioner.

5.Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and also learned

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

6. Considering the fact that there are eleven students have filed

complaints against the petitioner and the statement under Section 164 of

Cr.P.C is not yet recorded and the investigation is at intial stage, this Court

is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
