ORDER

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 21.09.2022

made in W.P.No.25510 of 2022, this contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned

Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted

that the order of this Court has been complied with and an order to that

effect dated 27.03.2023 has been passed, of course rejecting the plea of the

petitioner.

3.In view of the same, even though some reservation has been

expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner against the said

proceedings dated 27.03.2023, I am of the view that since it is a contempt

proceedings where it cannot be construed that by passing the said order

dated 27.03.2023 the respondent has willfully disobeyed the order of this

Court or violated the order of this Court. Therefore, this contempt petition

can be closed.

4.Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the

petitioner to agitate the issue by putting a challenge against the order dated

27.03.2023. No costs.
