respondent herein to disburse the amount of Rs.1,40,712/- (Rupees One

Lakh Forty Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve only) being the Retainer

fee and fee bill for the month of January 2011 to 13.07.2011 to the

petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.
