Code, against the judgment and decree, in A.S.No.47 of 2014, dated

25.11.2014 passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, reversing

the judgment and decree in O.S.No.17 of 2010, dated 05.06.2014 passed by

the District Munsif Court, Nilakottai, Dindigul District.
