[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] Prayer in this criminal original petition is to direct the first respondent or any other appropriate Central Government Agency to conduct investigation in Crime No.5 of 2023, on the file of the fourth respondent – Police and on the complaints pending before the respondents 2, 3, 5 and 6, as it relate to serious white collar crime involving diversion of money as Crypto Currency, which involves international transactions and affairs.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have also filed an application before this Court seeking transfer of investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation and the same is pending disposal and thereby, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement so made, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
