petitions and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.KUMAR,Senior

MRS.SHANMUGAVALLI SEKAR,Standing Counsel for Tamilnadu Pollution

Control Board on behalf of the Respondent the court made the

following order:-

Mrs.Shanmugavalli Sekar, the learned standing counsel takes

notice for the respondent.

2.The very locus standi of the defaco complainant to lodge a

complaint is in question and also Crl.O.P.No,7756 of 2021 is also

pending, there shall be an order of interim stay of further

proceedings in C.C.No.3249 of 2021 pending on the file of XVIII

Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

3.Post the matter on 22.06.2022 for argument.
