Petitions under Article 227, constitution of India, filed

against order and judgment passed in RCA.2/2014 dated 17-12-2018

on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam confirming

the fair and final order in RCOP.2/2012 dated 17-07-2014, on the

file of the District Munsif, Rent controller Judge,

Sathayamangalam.(in CRP.NPD.No.941/2019) and

(ii) Stay all further proceedings in EP.No.1/2018 in

RCOP.2/2012 on the file of the District Munsif, Sathyamangalam,

(in CMP.No.6142/2019) pending disposal of the above

CRP.PD.No.941/2019 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing

the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support

thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S.JEYAGANESHAN,

Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made

the following order:-

Notice of motion returnable by four weeks.

2.Private Notice is also permitted.
