PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to

call for records pertaining to the notification No.09/MRB/2017

dated 22.08.2017 and the consequential provisional selection

list dated 24.03.2018 published by the 3rd respondent on

26.03.2018 and quash the same as illegal incompetent and

ultravires and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to permit

the petitioners to participate in the selection process for the

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that

during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievances of the

writ petitioners had been redressed and in this regard, the

learned counsel submitted the proceedings of the Joint Secretary

to Government dated 05.02.2019.

2. Thus no further adjudication needs to be entertained in

respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
