ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.
2. This case in STC.No.802065 of 2015 was taken on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishanagiri for the alleged offences under Section 279 and 338 of Indian Penal Code . The incident occurred on 22.02.2005. The occurrence is of the year 2005. It is reported that the defacto-complainant has since died. Considering the nature of injury, the defacto-complainant's son willing to close the case.
