ORDER

Unsuccessful / wife has preferred this Civil Revision Petition. The respondent / husband, namely Dr.V.Rajkumar has filed a petition under Section 13(1)(i), (i-a) & (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act , 1955 in HMOP.No.3587 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court at Chennai seeking divorce. The respondent / husband has filed I.A.No.01/2023 in the HMOP.No.3587 of 2023 under Section

26 of the Hindu Marriage Act , seeking the following reliefs:

(a) visitation rights and interim custody of his minor daughter Chetana, at least half of the summer and other vacations having duration of a week ;

(b) visitation rights to meet and to have the custody of his minor daughter Chetana for one day, namely Sunday in every weekends and (c) directing the petitioner to permit his minor daughter Chetana to speak to the respondent and his parents and through phone.

2. Upon hearing either side, the Court below viz., I Additional Family Court at Chennai, vide order dated 27.11.2024, has allowed the petition in part on the following terms:

“In the result, (i) this petition is partly allowed.

(ii) Accordingly, for the relief of (b) prayer is concerned, this Court orders visitation Rights to the petitioner/father
