ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the Petition today.
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
