ORDER
By relying on sale deed dated 17.02.2005 in favour of the petitioner's father Savarimuthu and the patta in the petitioner's father's name, the petitioner had applied for survey of the land in S.No.165/10B on 24.10.2024. The present writ petition has been filed on the ground that no action was taken on the said application.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the death certificate and legal heirship certificate relating to both the petitioner's father and mother. He points out that the only other surviving legal heir is his sister Sheela.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's application after issuing notice to Sheela and to owners of relevant adjacent lands.
