Na.Ka.A3/3988/2020 and subsequent confirmation by the 1st Respondent dated 04.10.2024 under Reference No.M4/31398/2021 with regard to cancellation of Sub Division and original patta in the name of the petitioners in relation to the property bearing S.No.322/2A situated at Eluthesam C Village, Kanyakumari District to the issuance of new patta to the 5th respondent and quash the same as illegal and erroneous forthwith.
