ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.7042/2025/A6 dated 26.07.2025, quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, and consequently direct the respondents to cancel the Gift Settlement Deed executed by the petitioner in favour of his elder son, M. Senthil Kumar, vide Document No.750/2016 dated 17.03.2016, so as to enable the petitioner to meet the urgent medical expenses for the treatment of his said son, by reconsidering the petitioner’s representation dated 04.02.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had executed the aforesaid Gift Settlement Deed in favour of his elder son, who is now stated to be suffering from a mental disorder. It is further submitted that, due to the said medical condition, the petitioner requires funds for his son’s treatment and hence sought
