ORDER
The petitioner is a contractor. The respondents are invited storm water drain works in the City of Chennai. The petitioner proposes to participate in the tender. One of the essential requirements that has to be enclosed along with the tender document is a site visit certificate. The site visit is conducted by the representatives of the petitioner along with the staff of the respondents. Though the petitioner requested the respondents to depute a staff to enable him to complete the requirements of the site visit and to obtain a certificate, till date, the same has not been responded to. Hence, the petitioner before this Court.
2. When the matter was mentioned this morning, considering the emergency, (the last date for submission of tenders is 18.11.2025), I granted permission to make the matter today, on the condition that the petitioner serves Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
